A Legacy That Lives On
Coaches Christmas Trees began in 1954 with three Fletcher High School coaching legends: Jack Taylor, Don Jarrett, and Wimpy Sutton. Over the last 71 years, Coaches has faithfully served the Jacksonville Beaches area. While the location for Coaches Christmas Trees has moved around over the years, the tree lot has found its home in Adventure Landing for the last two decades. Today, Coaches Christmas Trees is operated by Wimpy’s nephew, Greg Sutton, and great-nephew, Tyson Sutton. They are proud to carry on their uncle’s legacy, sharing the same belief as the founders that “there’s a perfect tree for every family!”
